Appreciation Post!

I will save you the trouble of reading this entire post and summarize by saying this: I appreciate you! Whether you are a job seeker, another recruiter, or someone who shared one of my posts just for reach, I appreciate you all equally!

To the Job Seekers:

I appreciate that you trust me enough to send me your resume and give me a glimpse into your vulnerable search for gainful employment. It truly brings me joy to be a part of where you started in your employment journey, how you got where you are today, and where you are headed. As someone who has done many things in her professional life, I find it interesting to see and understand what influences others in their careers. My promise to you is that I will do my best to find an opportunity I have access to that best suits your skillset or connect you with others who may have access to better-fitting opportunities.

To the Recruiters:

As someone who is relatively new to recruiting, I appreciate you sharing your insights, tips, and tricks on what your day-to-day lives are like. I also appreciate those who are willing to share their network of other job seekers so that real connections can be made and other recruiters can find a match for the open positions they are trying to fill. It displays a helper's heart for those diligently seeking their next opportunity.

To the Post Sharers:

I appreciate that you understand that your reacting to, commenting on, or sharing posts on your page increases the chances of forging a connection that might not have been made without you simply pressing a button. You are displaying that you have a connector's heart and genuinely cheer for the advancement of your network's career.

I believe I have the heart of a connector as well and am happy to help make introductions whenever and however I can. It is my intention to foster productive connections and I intend to create connection opportunities for job seekers and recruiters on a weekly basis. If we are not connected on LinkedIn, please send me a connection request!

Warmly,

Ashley
